This Thanksgiving, before you eat your body weight in delicious Thanksgiving goodness, join us for an exhilarating workout!
You can expect a kicking-punching-calorie-burning workout designed to get your holiday weekend off to a good start, and let you feel good about over-indulging later in the day. It’s open to all current and former adult students, including beginners. If you’re feeling rusty on your martial arts skills – no problem! If you have friends with kickboxing or martial arts experience from a different school or gym, feel free to bring them along. (No first-time beginners, please, as we will not be able to give the kind of instruction and attention brand-new students need.)
The workout is NOT suitable for children; however, kids green belt and above are welcome, as are teens of all ranks.
The workout begins promptly at 9 a.m. Thanksgiving morning (Thursday the 28th), and ends promptly at 10 a.m. so you can get home and start cooking. Please let us know if you are coming by giving us a call or sending a quick email. We hope to see you there!
